What is Mercedes-Benz CASE? CASE is an acronym that stands for Connected, Autonomous, Shared & Services, and Electric. These four concepts embody how the luxury brand intends to shape the driving experience and their future vehicles.

Connected

C stands for Connected. The Mercedes-Benz CASE features inspired by the Connected concept include locking and unlocking features, remote start, a vehicle monitoring feature via your phone, and intuitive technology inside your vehicle. These technologies aim to keep you connected to your vehicle, whether you’re driving or away from your car.

Autonomous

Autonomous is the concept behind the letter A. The idea of autonomous cars has become more popular in recent years, seen through the various driver assist safety features available on newer Mercedes-Benz models. Autonomous Mercedes-Benz technology features include Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC®, Active Lane Keep Assist, adaptive braking technology, Active Blind Spot Assist, and more.

Shared & Services

The S stands for Shared & Services. The Shared concept focuses on the shared ownership of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This shared ownership manifests itself through the Mercedes-Benz Collection, a monthly subscription service that allows Beckley drivers to drive a wide selection of vehicles. The shared apps and partnerships, including warranty, infotainment, and company partnerships encompasses the Services concept.

Electric

The E in CASE represents Electric. The Electric notion focuses on working on creating more Mercedes-Benz hybrids and electric vehicles that are efficient and reliable.
